Wine with a protected mark of origin, Quality brand wine, white, semi-sweet

Variety:

A coupage of Yellow Muscat and Zéta in a 50:50 ratio. Zéta is a rare variety because we grow it on only 0.5 hectares. It is a cross of the Bouvier and Furmint varieties.

Taste and sensory characteristics:

Bouquet is intense, charming, with a unique expression of sweet fruit jelly. Fruitful, sweet, balancing, vibrant youth and temperament. The taste is endless, juicy, with green tones and with a spicy muscat tail.

Food recommendation:

The wine is suitable for sitting on a summer terrace with caesar salad or soft ripened cheese. It can perfectly satisfy lovers of aromatic wines with its fine residual sugar.
