The story of this wine:

The names of this variety in various languages are derived from the shape of the leaf of the lime (linden) tree. The wine is characterized by a delicate bouquet with a rather pronounced acidity. The sugar content of Hárslevelű is particularly high, but it requires a long, rainy and sunny autumn. Under these conditions, botrytized grapes are created.
