This dessert wine is recommended for making toasts, with blue cheeses, desserts and Indian cuisine.

The 2015 season was characterized by high temperatures during the vegetation period and low total precipitation. Therefore, wines generally have a lower acid content. In order to achieve the highest grape quality and eliminate the undesirable effects of hot weather, we decided to reduce grape production. In this way we were able to better manage irrigation. We concentrated the aromatic substances in the grapes while preserving enough acid, which was subsequently manifested in the wine. We fermented the musts with a pure yeast culture and fermented at 15-17 ° C to preserve freshness and harmony for well preserved acids and pleasant aroma.
